earbuds: Boat unveils ‘Airdopes 601 ANC’ TWS earbuds, priced at Rs 3,999


Domestic audio brand Boat has unveiled its next Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation TWS earbuds – the Airdopes 601 ANC. The earbuds can be purchased in two colour variants– Black and Purity White– at an introductory price of Rs 3,999 starting today.
The Airdopes 601 ANC earbuds come with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation as well as an Ambient Mode. With a Hybrid ANC (Up to 33dB), the Airdopes 601 ANC are designed to suppress noise at a broader range of frequencies, and adapt to and correct errors in real-time. The audio brand claims that the anti-noise signal cancels out the actual background noise before it reaches your ear. Ambient mode allows you to stay in control of your surroundings and gives you the transparency of atmospheric sounds around you even during your playtime.
10mm drivers, 6 built-in microphones, in-ear detection
The Airdopes 601 ANC come equipped with 10mm drivers. They have four in-built microphones paired with ENx Technology and.for the Hybrid ANC onboard, there are two extra mics to filter out background noise.
The earbuds support automatic play and pause allow users to switch between work and play. One can take out both earbuds to pause their content and wear them again to instantly resume, says the company.
Swipe gesture controls, battery life and IPX4 rating
Airdopes 601 ANC earbuds come with swipe gesture controls to change tracks or adjust the volume. As per Boat, users can expect 4.5 hours of non-stop music and calls with ANC turned on, and a playback of up to 5.5 hours with ANC turned off. Additionally, the charging case can help the earbuds make for about 22 hours of playback on a single charge, says the company. A Type-C port is given to help with the charging.
The Boat Airdopes 601 ANC have got PX4 water and sweat resistance. A built-in reset button allows you to troubleshoot minor issues at home. The earbuds support Bluetooth v5.0.
Boat Insta Wake N’Pair technology (IWP)
The IWP technology is meant to pair the buds as soon as you open the case lid. The company claims that user would be able to pair the earbuds instantly with their smartphones and get on with your entertainment or calls without having to wait too long for the Bluetooth to scan, detect and connect.
